about

Hi, my name is Kat ✨

I am a production and operations leader with over a decade of experience at the crossroads of digital culture and global brand storytelling. My work is defined by an innate ability to bridge the gap between abstract creative vision and operational excellence, driven by a deep appreciation for the collaborative process. I’ve found that my greatest strength lies in nurturing team morale and building the foundational culture necessary for creatives to thrive—and stay inspired—in fast-paced environments.

Most recently, I served as a strategic lead for Mars Wrigley, where I spearheaded the start-up of their in-house content studio. Beyond just managing projects, I focused on architecting the workflows and scaling the production systems for a portfolio of world-renowned brands from the ground up. My time at Mars is championed by an industry-leading body of creative work produced by a small but mighty team challanged to adapt and learn on the fly, establishing us as the partner of choice over tenured external agency partners.

My perspective is rooted in an adaptive, multi-disciplinary background, honed through foundational roles at ABC, NBC, and The Museum of the Moving Image, followed by several years as a video editor at Complex. Whether I’m leading teams of artists and storytellers or navigating complex global narratives, my approach remains the same: I believe the strongest visual work is built on a foundation of authentic creative expression and strategic precision.

Outside of my strategic roles, I’m an active fixture in Brooklyn's independant arts community, producing immersive visuals and stage projections that explores deeper experimental and more abract spheres of visual narrative.
